Who we are

Overview:

Cleanup 4 Christ was founded to inspire believers to be the hands and feet of Jesus in their local communities. We believe that every piece of trash picked up is an opportunity to reflect God’s care for His creation and demonstrate His love to our neighbors. Our vision is to expand this initiative across cities, bringing together churches and community members to work together in service to God.

Mission Statement:

Our mission at Cleanup 4 Christ is to glorify Jesus by serving our community through acts of public service. We believe in demonstrating Christ’s love in action by beautifying our neighborhoods, parks and public spaces. Our ultimate goal is that these acts of service and grace will lead others to salvation through Jesus Christ.

Key Scripture:

Matthew 5:16 – "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

4 Core Values:

  • Service – Serving others as Jesus served us.

  • Initiative – Taking action to improve our communities and not waiting for the government or someone else to do it for us.

  • Stewardship – Caring for God’s creation and leaving it better than we found it.

  • Evangelism – Sharing the gospel through our actions and inviting conversations about Christ.
